CocoMaya Trade Exchange is not a public open marketplace. Access is strictly by invitation and subject to successful completion of our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This ensures that every participant – whether buyer or vendor – is a credible, commercially active enterprise entity. We do not accept individual or retail participants.
From initial enquiry to completed trade, here is how our platform facilitates your transaction.
All access begins with a direct enquiry to our team at commercial@cocomaya.com. Tell us about your organisation, your commodity requirements (as a buyer) or your product offering (as a supplier), and your estimated trade volumes. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Upon initial approval, you will be invited to complete our Counterparty Registration Form – a comprehensive KYC process covering company registration, beneficial ownership, business background, compliance, and trade references. Our compliance team reviews all submissions before granting platform access.
Once verified, you receive secure credentials to log in to the CocoMaya Trade Exchange platform. Buyers gain access to the commodity catalog, RFQ submission tools, and quote review. Vendors gain access to their listing management dashboard and buyer RFQ inbox.
Buyers browse the commodity catalog and submit structured RFQs specifying commodity, quantity, delivery port, incoterm, and required delivery date. Vendors list their available products and pricing through their dashboard. ATIC Resources acts as the intermediary, managing the flow of information between parties.
All vendor pricing is reviewed by our team before being published to buyers. We apply a transparent service margin and release the final buyer price only after internal approval. Vendor prices remain strictly confidential – buyers only ever see the CocoMaya buyer price.
Once a buyer accepts a quote, ATIC Resources facilitates the deal documentation, coordinates logistics, and supports both parties through to shipment and settlement. All trade documents are managed through the platform for full auditability.
